1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 77bdc ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the 77bdc online gaming platform, available at https://77bdc.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and Progressive Web App installations (collectively, the "Service").

77bdc operates as an online gaming platform providing cricket betting, live casino, slots, instant games including Keno Bonus Number and Ludo Quick, and associated services to adult players located in Bangladesh. The platform is designed to serve players who are citizens or residents of Bangladesh and who access the Service voluntarily for entertainment purposes.

1.1 Modifications to These Terms

77bdc reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 77bdc will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (typically by SMS to the registered Bangladesh mobile number) and will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the 77bdc platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any revised Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the Service.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail. Any translations provided for informational purposes are non-binding.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 77bdc platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they hold an active 77bdc account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 77bdc enforces a strict 18+ policy across all games, betting markets, and real-money features of the platform without exception.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) accessing the Service for personal entertainment purposes.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when placing bets or making deposits or withdrawals.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or director of 77bdc or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have a currently active self-exclusion or account closure agreement with 77bdc.

2.1 Age Verification

77bdc conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification for all registered accounts. Players are required to submit a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification document confirming that they are 18 years of age or older. Real-money play is not permitted until age verification is successfully completed.

Any account found to belong to a player who is under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment method after deduction of any bonuses awarded, and all winnings accumulated during underage play will be forfeited. 77bdc reserves the right to report underage gambling attempts to the appropriate authorities.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money games, betting markets, and financial features on the 77bdc platform, you must register a player account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your NID or passport), your date of birth, a valid Bangladesh mobile number capable of receiving SMS OTP verification codes, and a secure password of your own choosing. You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration process.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77bdc account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. 77bdc will never ask you to disclose your password via any communication channel. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify 77bdc immediately by contacting our support team at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

3.3 KYC Documentation

77bdc may request additional KYC documentation at any point during your use of the platform, including but not limited to: proof of identity (NID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot confirming that the bKash or Nagad account used for deposits is registered in your legal name). Failure to provide requested documentation within the stated timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or permanent closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

77bdc supports a range of Bangladesh-native payment channels to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay
• Bank Transfer: City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladesh commercial banks

4.2 Deposits

All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the payer's name does not match the registered 77bdc account holder's name — are strictly prohibited. Deposits made from unverified or third-party sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction on the platform. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your 77bdc balance in real time, subject to network availability. 77bdc does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad for fully verified accounts are typically settled within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

77bdc reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our anti-fraud monitoring systems. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed. Players will be notified of any such delay and the estimated resolution timeline.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

77bdc offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, conditions, and wagering requirements that are communicated at the point of offer. These general provisions apply to all 77bdc bonuses unless an individual promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the KYC verification process and whose accounts are in good standing (not under any restriction, suspension, or investigation). Bonus eligibility may also be subject to the player's location, account activity level, and the specific promotion terms. 77bdc reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility at its discretion where abuse is suspected.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most 77bdc bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — a specified number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked on eligible games before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion are clearly stated in that promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be exploiting, manipulating, or abusing 77bdc bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other accounts — will have their bonus revoked, any associated winnings forfeited, and may face permanent account closure. 77bdc uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns across the platform.

5.4 Seasonal & Event-Based Promotions

77bdc may run special promotional campaigns during periods of high cultural or sporting significance in Bangladesh, including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha, Pohela Boishakh (Bengali New Year), Victory Day (16 December), and Independence Day (26 March). These promotions will be governed by their own specific terms in addition to these general bonus provisions.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules govern all real-money betting and gaming activity conducted on the 77bdc platform. By placing any bet or playing any game on 77bdc, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is considered accepted only when the 77bdc system has confirmed the transaction and a unique bet reference number has been issued. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid. 77bdc reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed on events where the outcome is already known to the player, bets placed after the official start of the relevant event, and bets placed as part of a suspected arbitrage or match-fixing strategy.

6.2 In-Play (Live) Betting

Live in-play betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket betting on BPL, IPL, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to rapid odds changes reflecting real-time match events. 77bdc makes no guarantee that any live market will remain open for the full duration of an event. Connection delays, network latency, or platform maintenance may result in a bet being declined even if odds were displayed at the time of placement. Where a live bet cannot be confirmed before the relevant market closes, the bet will be cancelled and the stake returned.

6.3 Game Rules — Casino, Slots & Instant Games

Individual game rules for all casino games (Roulette, Blackjack, Baccarat, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar), slots, Keno Bonus Number, and Ludo Quick are available within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between a game provider's rules and these Terms, 77bdc's Terms shall prevail. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by game studios and reflect theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed outcomes for individual sessions.

6.4 Errors & System Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, technical error, or erroneous odds display that results in bets being placed at incorrect prices or games paying out at incorrect rates, 77bdc reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes. 77bdc is not liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from technical malfunctions outside its reasonable control, including failures of third-party game providers or payment networks.

7 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a condition of your continued use of the 77bdc platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from the following prohibited activities at all times.

7.1 Player Obligations

• Provide accurate and truthful information at registration and at all subsequent points where information is requested by 77bdc.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify 77bdc immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Use only payment methods that are registered in your own legal name for all deposits and withdrawals.
• Play solely for your own personal entertainment and not in a professional, commercial, or systematically exploitative capacity.
• Comply with all applicable laws in Bangladesh relating to your use of online gaming services.
• Make use of the responsible gaming tools available to you if you feel your gambling is becoming problematic.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77bdc platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and possible legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one 77bdc account under any identity, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading identification or verification documents.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software agents, or any other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime using the 77bdc platform as a vehicle.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Attempting to access the 77bdc platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77bdc staff, agents, or other players through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

77bdc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur. The following provisions outline the circumstances under which account actions may be taken and the process that applies.

8.1 Suspension

An account may be temporarily suspended while 77bdc investigates a suspected breach of these Terms, a disputed transaction, a fraud alert triggered by our monitoring systems, or a player-initiated self-exclusion request. During suspension, the player will not be able to log in, place bets, play games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Where a suspension results from an investigation that concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated promptly and any delayed withdrawals processed.

8.2 Permanent Closure by 77bdc

77bdc may permanently close a player account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

1. The player has provided false identity or age verification information.
2. The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
3. The player has engaged in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.2.
4. The player has breached these Terms in a material way that cannot be remedied.
5. Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 77bdc.

Upon permanent closure for cause, 77bdc reserves the right to withhold any balance remaining in the account pending the outcome of any investigation or legal proceeding. Where closure is not due to player fault, any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 10 business days.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 77bdc account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your registered payment method. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bdc's total liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. 77bdc is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
